Ticket SLA

The Ticket SLA is an add-on feature in Netadmin that is applied to the ticketing functionality in Netadmin.

Ticket SLA makes it possible to measure times on tickets, and to configure in which different states the time should be measured. 

This helps you to keep your service level agreements in check, while also keeping track of your tickets and their service times in an easy way.
