The posts id

Return Value

Type: IEnumerableITicketUser
The ticket users that should be sent a message
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
InvalidIdentifierExceptionThrown if ticketPostId is zero or less.
ObjectNotFoundExceptionThrown if the ticket post or it's ticket was not found.
