poolId: Type: SystemInt64
The pool id
poolMemberId: Type: SystemInt64
The pool member id

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	The value of the pool identifier must be greater than zero
PoolMemberRemovalException	The pool is managing one or more monitoring service(s)
