ticketId: Type: SystemInt64
The ticket id
ticketUserId: Type: SystemInt64
The user's ticket user id

Available actions

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
InvalidIdentifierException	Thrown if ticketId or ticketUserId is zero or less
ObjectNotFoundException	Thrown if ticket or user could not be found
DatabaseInconsistencyException	Thrown if the ticket has a flow that does not exist.
